Return and Exchange Criteria:

1) Return & Exchange due to (size and style issues) can be done within 07 days from the date of delivery for all online orders. Tags should be intact, and product should be unused.

2) Intimate within 24 hours of delivery about the return or exchange of the product if the product is damaged. 'Damage' does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased.

3) Orders can be cancelled only before shipment has been dispatched. After dispatch, the courier company will attempt the delivery of the order thrice, post which the merchandise is sent back to our warehouse. We can initiate an exchange for any orders which may normally take up to 15 to 20 working days. However, the Gift Card will generate after deducting the shipping charge, COD charge, Return Fees paid by the customer at the time of placing the order.

4) Sale Products are not eligible for Return. Sale Products are eligible for exchange only.

Exchange:

  • Customer would have the option of sending the product back by herself OR avail reverse pickup facilitated via third party courier companies. In case, the customer opts to avail the reverse pickup by third party courier companies, an "Exchange Fees of ₹150" would be applicable. In case the customer opts to send the product(s) herself, there won’t be any Exchange Fee.
  • In exchange process, Courier partner pick products from customer's address and deliver to company's address. Once we get that product at our warehouse, our team will do quality check and dispatches your exchanged product within 48 hours.
  • Exchange process will take up to 15 days to be completed.

In Case of Size Exchange:

  • We take great care in dispatching garments as per size mentioned in our size charts. For one size alteration, we expect our clients to get the alteration done by themselves as we leave enough margin in our garments to even make them one size bigger.

 

Refund in case of Return of product(s):

  • Any COD Fee or Shipping Charges paid for the original order are non-refundable.
  • Customer would have the option of sending the product back by herself OR avail reverse pickup facilitated via third party courier companies. In case, the customer opts to avail the reverse pickup by third party courier companies, a Return Fee of ₹150" would be applicable which will deduct from the Gift Card refund amount.
  • In Return Process, Courier Partner will pick your order from customer's address and deliver to Company's address. Once we get your product back at our warehouse, our team will do quality check process and will generate Gift Card in up to 48 hours.

     

    Refund to Payment Method/Account 

    • Refund processed via GIFT CARD which you will get through your registered mail ID.
    • This Gift Card has NO EXPIRY DATE, so you can redeem this card anytime in the future with NO Minimum order value capping. 
    • Gift Card processed once the product(s) is/are received at our warehouse (a maximum of 20 working days after pickup) and pass(es) quality checks. Please note that reverse parcel takes anywhere from 3-20 days after pickup to reach us.
